Agreed. Can become class with the right guidance and rarely puts a foot wrong at right back while being very solid going forward too.

Have a look at Mayke from Cruzeiro in the Brazilian league.

20 years old, never fails to get a permit, makes a great attacking FB/WB. Needs work on his defense, but has room to grow.

Can usually be had on a free in the first season January window.

Not much younger than Walker, but perhaps Cavanda (22 at start of 13/14 season) from Lazio? Also, Meunier (21 at start of 13/14 season) from Club Brugge should do well as a back-up (he's a retrained RW so he has great attacking impulses).

Ryan McLaughlin? Usually turns out quality for me.

Otherwise - Vrsaljko, Stones or Corchia. All three are great.
