Youngster custom database

Hey there. Was wondering if someone knows about a custom database, where you start with a team with only the best youngsters! Want to start a new team in premier league, with only wonderkids(Potenial -9 & -10).

Cant find one, but i know there was one for FM08 or FM09! Can someone make one ?

Check in the players tab for shortlists,there should be some in there.

Enough now. Wrote it wrong.

But dude, i dont want a shortlist. Iam looking for a CUSTOM database that someone has made, or will make. That contains a new team made up in the ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE. With only the wonderkids.
