Youngsters at club.....

I've got a few young players at "Lyon" who i am currently the manager of, im wanting to get rid of dead-wood and groom youngsters into stars.

the players im wanting to keep are:

Clement Grenier
Said Mehamha
Lamine Gassama
Johan Hartock
Romain Dedola
Eric Tie-Bi
Julien Michel

Does any1 know if these youngsters turn into top players
