There seems to be two different schools when it comes to handling youth and player development. One keeps young players in the youth setup until they are too old and then promote them to first/reserve team. The other promotes players as soon as they turn pro.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that players could be promoted and then made available for u18 squad. Is that something that I would be able to do in FM12 playing in the EPL. As I see it that would enable me to put the players through full time schedules, playing with either/or reserve team and youth games.
