Your Managerial Stats

Thought I would open this thread for people to post their managerial stats, if you feel yours are extraordinary. The best I've ever had are 3 out of 6 20's. Has/Can anyone get 6 20's?

i wold say its very difficult to get 20 for domestic player bias lol.

I have just started a Roma game, and now you have done this thread i want to see how good i can get them, I'll keep putting screenshots up so you can see how i do. :)

I got it once with Athletic Bilbao but obviously that's only because you can only sign Basque players lol
 
Yeh i agree KingEric they are amazing mine have never been that well rounded. Enlighten us please!

And also mate good luck with Roma, they may seem to have a bunch of really good players. But boy are they hard to make consistent. Let me know how you get on coz I found it a nightmare.

lol but even i find ways round that so i wouldnt get 20 for it. for example back in the day bixente lizarizu was french/basque so was eligible for Bilbao. im sure theres a few players like this around atm too. i guess this would affect the domestic payer bias??

I agree JDM but i am sure its been done by someone in some game or other. Would love to see it.

6.5 cruelling tiresome years in the Scottish lower leagues trying to force my way to Old Trafford. Don't think of me as the 'Special One' however. If you look at my story I'm currently sitting rock bottom of the Scottish Premier League 12 points from safety!!!

yeah but with a less than ordinary side, not many people could have done the same mate. Give yourself some credit. See even when i have a fantastic game and win the premiership with Yeading, my stats can still be rubbish. I think it's all down to how you conduct yourself, for example taking all press conferences and answering fairly and not the same every time. etc etc

Well I let the assistant do press conferences so that's probably why the 'Hands On Approach' is 15. I've used the same tactic since day one so that'll be why Tactical Consistency is 20. And the Financial Control and Domestic Player Bias are linked because my miserable b#stard of a chairman never gave me any money to spend so all my transfers were players released from Scottish/English clubs. The Club/Player Loyalty baffles me because I've rejected about 20-25 job offers during my story

but if i remember rightly you have applied for a few jobs behind your boards back during your career so far ahvent you?
 
i think i'll get there gradually. hopefully i'll post ma screens when i get 20.

Yea don't know the exact figures but its probably about 4 or 5 times but even still I would have thought that rejecting jobs should have boosted it back up a few points..
 
yh the more seasons u play and the more u win and stay at the same team then the more your stats go up
