Wow that is very good man, Domestic Player Bias is one i always struggle on as well due to the lack of British talent!
Any particular method of going about getting stats like that?
 
my assistant handles most press conferences. am actually very strict on my players. if any player faulters i issue a fine if its appropriate, and i also sell any player dat keeps complaining of lack of footbal when he's back up. cos i can always buy a player to try them. there's harmony and am successful on pitch as well. i have surpassed Alex ferguson on the chart. as for the real reason how i got those stats i dunno. i jst decided to post em anyways.
 
In my 6th season with Lyon. I don't do press conferences either, or even take control of friendlies, so not sure how Hands On is so high. And yet it annoys me that with stats like that the board refuse to give me a better contract than a 1 year extension, every year :@
 
Ive been looking for a thread like this for a while, can you guys give me some tips to get hands on approach stat high

I allready take all pre-season games, do all contracts myself, and have pretty much given my assistant no duties at all....but my hands on approach stat barely gets about 10

I don't know why my club/player loyalty is only 8... I'm in my 5th season at Palermo and I've rejected 3 or 4 job offers, more if you include international jobs. As for player loyalty, I'm loyal if they play well and are loyal to me, I don't replace them just because I find someone rated higher... So that stat bemuses me.

I'd say the rest are about fair, I think that tactical consistency could be higher as I've stuck with a 4-1-2-1-2 from the start and only make major tactical changes at the end of each transfer window if my first XI has changed.
 
This is the best I have ever done and its taken quite a long time as I don't normally stick with a save for 5/6 seasons and with the same team. I have had to win loads of trophies and the league each season other than the 1st and 3 champions cups. I will admit now I spent alot of money on the squad but the end result is an amazing team :)

try making your own training schedules that worked for me as i had the same problem
 
11 seasons with Dundee Utd, holidayed 1.1% of the game so don't get hands on approach, domestic player bias might be helped if there were any decent Scottish regens :S
 
Here are mine. Squad discipline is so low because Philip lahm disliked me and i he was the captain. I am currently at year 2016 and look at my contract expires.

Given that your contract expired two years ago, I would say that you're a very loyal manager.
 
How do you get 20 for tactical consistency???, i use the same formation and it still drops?
