Rules are very simple. You can use 1 player for each FM attribute to create your perfect player. If you use a player for one attribute, you may not use him for anything else. You can base your decisions off of real world performances, or FM attributes. Your player is 16 years old, and can use both feet very well. The template to use is shown below:
