Your reactions to defeats/mistakes from your players

What do you usually do? It's very common for me to yell at my players, swear like crazy and even punch my desk hahah XD ...sometimes I even "threat" the game by loudly saying "if I lose again I swear I'll uninstall you/I'll throw my laptop out of the window!"
One day my flatmate came to my room asking me if I were insane or not...I think I am lol.

What about you guys?
 
As the manager of the team, I remain perfectly calm; but the normally Martin Tyler-esque match commentator in my head starts giving it the full Barry Davies; indignant uses of words like "hapless" and "calamitous".

I have pulled results out of the bag a couple of times by ranting at the team at half-time, though. If they've genuinely played badly they will usually respond to it positively.
 
FM15 needs to be Mic compatible, the louder you scream, the better players play.. :p

...the better the players close to the near touchline play; those on the other side of the pitch just gesture vaguely to indicate they can't hear you (...but you know they can really!)
 
Yeah, and players with **** mental stats breakdown, and cry like *******... I WILL CRUSH YOU! lol.
 
Usually I just wanna kill all my players and scream at them, then I usually bench all th players in my first team and give a chance to the U21 teams
 
If I get beat heavily I fine everyone possible and if they moan I put them in the U21s just to make a point. They should do a squad fine for poor performances. Does anyone know if you fine a player 2 weeks wages, these wages actually affect finances?
 
I call him asterisking idiot, ask him how he can do that thing so wrongly, I wish for a "take out a shotgun and blow his head off" button, then I review the play to see if there's something in the tactics that made that mistake likely that I could correct or it was just a player mistake not to be blamed on the tactics.

I always go the Jurgen Klopp way - On one hand I'm calm and composed and my team is winning. But if my team plays badly or one decision isn't in my favor.....

Nope. They do what every Premier league team does in real life with fines - give the money to charity.
