During match When my assistant tell me what's in the title of this thread...What exactly should I do with this piece of information...Am I to understand that if I won't do a single thing he is going to struggle with my tactic?oO)
 
Perhaps increase match preparation training and set to tactics only (So the player(s) get used to the passing style), but other than that just ignore it

The assistant keeps repeating it every few minutes so that all I can think of is strangling him... (6) Thx man...

To be honest, the assistants' advice isn't great. I just use him to tell me about injuries and what players are misplacing passes/winning headers/etc.
