Your training ratings?

Not sure how many people care about their training stars. I spend a long time searching for coaches with at least a 4.5* rating in one category.

TBH, a 3.5* coach or above will do more than enough to develop players. I tend to go for 4* at least. Coupled with Dunc's Training, you can't go far wrong TBH.

Also, Jeronimo is the greatest FM name.

I start out with 3.5/4* coaches, but as the game goes on I always look to "up" it.

Jeronimo's a real player. Starts out at some 3rd division Portuguese team. Retired, and went into coaching.
