Your Worst Signing

Hey there I was just wondering who's been your worst signing ever on fm. It can be from any football manager and but have to be horific! To get the ball rolling I signed a regen for Portsmouth he had 17 heading and finnishing but only scored 2 in a season cost me 1 million aswell! Anyone else have one!

Thats on FM09, this is in fm10. Don't know myself i usually give them a season or two to settle in, honestly never bought someone who hasn't performed or been of some use there on afterwards.
