I think his development may have been stiffled staying at Anderlecht for the first couple of seasons.

I will try and get a screen shot up, I signed him for Southampton from the 1st transfer window, Heavy training on long shots and AM - Shadow Striker role and the kid is now worth 23 Mil at the age of 22.
