In the last week or so I have seen quite a few youth academy thread's, and it has inspired me into this idea.

Taking a Small nation Figi for example and making it a nation in Europe and then making a League of youth Academy's - one for each nation in Europe - then I will put in some good youngster's in to kick start it.I will also put in some older player's for tutoring etc. :)

I was thinking of having a home grown rule where 15 of the 18 players in the match day squad
are home grown.

And another where you can only have 4 player's over the age of 25 in your match day squad.

I'm going to decide what division each team is in based on their nation's co-efficient.

Anybody have any suggestion's of what to add?
Would anyone be interested in this?

Also If I make the English teams City London that means the majority of their regens will be English right?
 
For example you will have San Marino(or Fiji) new league with Italy youth, england youth, spain youth, etc. as the teams?
 
i attempted this idea when i made my arsenal academy, but i soon grew tired of the effort haha, but if your willing to put in the work it would be great to play.

Yeah I think it would also be useful to load this League even if you weren't going to go one of these teams as they should hopefully produce good youth player's :)

or Scotland - Brave Thistle :P

could name them after iconic national heros

Bobby Robson Academy
Pele Academy
Maradona Academy

so on so forth, unless your looking for team names
