not sure about the other clubs, but Southamption have the advantage of top-notch youth facilities, so it's an ideal place to bring youth through.

This might be a bit of a longshot as there not from England or Italy, but RC Lens from Ligue 2 seem to be blessed with some of the worlds best regens in my save.

In England, I would choose.....

Man United
Arsenal
Southampton
Middlesbrough

Italy are not known for the catera-esque style. They usually sign players from other clubs at younger age. ALthough notable clubs that have the required facilities are Inter and Roma.

French clubs have the best facilities IMO, some clubs with the top-end are..
