Hey guys,

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to manage youth teams, and if so, how do I become a youth coach.

I think you can manager national youth sides. Like the national u21's or what have you. But I'm not 100% sure.

You can manage youth sides for international teams but not club teams. I think you can only apply for the job as youth coach for international teams though, you cannot manage them from the start screen.

From the chose Team screen go to National Team-->Pick the nations you want to manage and click it----> go to the U21a/19s/20s whatever you want and click take control
