Youth Coaches and others for Villa! URGENT

Need some decent youth coaches as liverpool and man city have just come and poached 2 of my best ones! Any other coach recommendations would be awesome aswell!!! Currently playing as villa so not the best team in the world! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if i have posted this in the wrong place!

Alex Inglethorpe or Ricky Sbragia could do a good job I'd go for Inglethorpe though. Tosh Farrell is pretty good at technical coaching. If available I'd sign David Fevre as a physio if not take a look at File and Altamiro Bottino. If you want more coaches Blackburn have quite a few good ones and with almost all of them having high Working with Youngsters. If you are having problems with the workload these coaches make good First team or youth coaches:
