1) When offering a contract to a regen (below age of 16), choose "Youth Contract" first.
2) If he rejects the contract with negotiation, you will be able to offer him a full-time contract with the lowest wage without any bonus (contract starts in 1 year's time).
e.g. a goalkeeper demanding 13,750 per week with all the clean sheet / appearance bonus settled for 120 per week with no bonus.
3) You should also see that the contract expiration date is set to 1900/**/** - do not change this.
