Youth Contract

Hello guys this is my first thread so please forgive me if there are some mistakes.

So i've been wondering about Youth Contract, i do know its for young player that havent reach the age to sign professional contract. The Question is Are they affecting Training ? like they can only train with under 18 coach although i put them in reserve or even first team.

Please help me guys i really want to develop my Portuguese Goalie And English Striker

1)A youth contract is a contract players that aren't adult sign to stay and get trained in a club
2)Youth contracts can be broken without each side pay sth
3)Youth contracts doesn't affect training (except if your coaches have pretty low working with young (under 12 i think) )
4)You can approach to sign players on youth contracts
