I am currently managing Barcelona. And as you know, they have quite the reserve team. The Barcelona 'B' team plays in the Liga Adelante, and is essentially a club on its own.
However therefore, they don't have the same coaches as my team, the first team, and I can't sign coaches for the B team, as that's the job of their manager and the Director of football's job!
So my question is, do the 'B' team actually train with the first team, even though it's just an affiliate club? They have ONE coach signed, with terrible stats. Do I really have to transfer all of my prospects to the first team, for them to get optimal training conditions?
