Youth Intake help

On my 4th season now and I've just noticed that this season my assistant manager has done the youth intake instead of my Head of Youth Development.

Is this because I changed my HOYD halfway towards the recent intake? or is this a long term thing because my assistant manager is better at recruiting or something?

Probably just got changed to your assistant manager because you were a short period without a HOYD. Someone has to be responsible for youth intake, so it must've been handed to your assistant. Just change it in staff responsibilities.
