Youth intake: How long will it take

I'm thinking of making a save with Liverpool youth acadamy.

So my first thoughts are sinclair, wilson, rossiter, flanagan, robinson,ibe,..

If i bring them the first saison can i make it to europa league ore should i bring them in after 2-3 years?

Loan them 1st season and blood them in from the 2nd season.

Flanagan is good to go the others you will need to rotate and mainly play in cup games the first season.

Rossiter but I think they all have flexible pa so will vary vastly save to save
