When you get the yearly youth intake do you sign them all to contracts or just the ones that the *** man highly rates?

Used to let *** man but he generally signed a lot of players that will never be anywhere near good enough, usually just signed a bunch that have decent potential now

I don't mean signing players, sorry if I didn't ask right but I mean the bunch of youth that come through your youth team yearly.

*** man says player X is one of best to come through for some time or something like that, he then proceeds to list all the others.

How many of these do people give contracts to?

Yeah thats what I'm talking about too I think?

Youth intake - can get assman to sign who he recommends or you can sign and discard the ones you don't like.

I usually have a quick look through, only sign a handful. I don't want 1* potential players taking up my coaches time haha

Usually keep around 5 or 6, and bolster my under 18s with signings

Reason I asked was because my wage budget was good until my *** man signed them all up and now it's gone in the red!

What club are you? I think youth contracts are maxed at 100 quid a week (might be wrong)
