I'm in my 3rd season with Cardiff in the prem, came 3rd last season so happy days so I thought. For some reason my youth level won't increase from level 2 to level 1. I've asked the board twice which they have agreed to but then they confirm that the level has increased. But it hasn't it's still level 2, I'm sure this has an impact what sort of youth players I get, I need to start producing my own talent, I can't keep buying players (can't afford too). Johnny
