I'm doing really well in my save at the moment, just starting my 3rd season as Wolfsburg and I've been given 50m to play with, I was delighted, however upon searching and getting excited by the idea of signing the likes of Reus, Gotze etc. I've realised that just 2 years into the game my players have become ridiculously good, to the point where these world class players would be a downgrade:

Brandnt has better stats than Reus and has barely played at all.
Vitinho and Markovic are pretty much the best wingers in the world.
Werner is one of the best strikers in the world, Vydra is catching up RAPIDLY since signing him a few months ago.
Balanta and Popodopulous are arguably the best CB pairing in the world.
My 16 year old AMC regen, is almost at the same level as Wilshere, despite being born into the world with fairly poor stats 1 season ago and with no games under his belt at all.

It just seems that all my young players that I bought have developed into god tier players in no time at all, I expected a raise in stats over time but not really to this extent!

Anyone else finding this as well with youngsters?

Werner, Markovic, Balanta and Popodopulous are already world class players or are very close to it.
Vitinho starts off great anyway but has terrible first touch.

Isn't that youngsters are progressing too fast, you just have some of the already brilliant young players.

That is a nice problem to have! If you feel that you simply can't buy any more established players because they can't get into your own first-team, then look for 14-15 year olds with incredibly high potential. Eventually you will never have to buy any players, and have your club to be the richest in the world.
Spend money to get rid of debt, upgrade facilities, etc.

Werner already has 3/5 star CA at 18 in my save. But because of this, I think he'll decline in his last 20s instead of 30s.
