Youth Players

I know having a great youth system means that you're more likely to get good youngsters coming through your ranks, but, does having lots of good, established youth coaches on your pay-roll increase your chances of getting a great regen through your academy?

On my game i've just signed this regen from West Ham who has the official media billing of 'The next Michael Owen'.

Had a wee look and at the minute West Ham have some very good youth coaches so...that pretty much got me wondering.

i know from my time with liverpool the regens i was getting were in the same position GK.. i had a 7 star GK coach
