YOUTH RECRUITMENT - JUNIOR COACHING

Hey guys. How can these be improved? I ve asked the board to raise the funds for both of them but they still are on the same level on the info screen..

You should wait a few months and keep your season running, it takes time :)
 
Did your board agree to give you these funds? If so, it doesn't mean your youth recruitment hasn't improved. Youth recruitment and coaching of a club always has a rating with a maximum of 20, but those 20 ratings don't all have a name. So if your youth recruitment is upgraded from 12 to 13, it may still be described as "decent" or whatever it's called. So dont worry, if they've agreed to raise the funds, your youth has been improved, it doesn't matter if you can't see it.
