What I'm trying to do is create a brand new club in the national league north.
This club will have pretty much no money or reputation, but will have top youth recruitment and youth facilities and will generate money purely through selling youth prospects.
Running a test simulation over a 5 year period I have noticed that the youth setup costs are ridiculously high for a non league club, rising to about £300,000 a month after 1 or 2 years.. Can anybody tell me the reason for this suddenly shooting up after 2 years? Is there anyway around this?
