Hi i have a question about training, youth training to be exact, hehe, I usually create personal training schedules for my potentially good players, so my question is: is it more important or is it better for the youth to develop their physical ability first or the mental and technical abilities? basicly when the young player is in the under 18 squad, they can't handle alot of training so if i have an attacking midfielder with 4 star potential and he has okey stats overall, shall i develop his attacking and longshot first with less strength and aerobics training or should i train him to become stronger or faster (or balanced) and then when he reaches 18-19 focus on his overall.. sorry about the way i asked the question it is my first post but i have been here spectating for a long time.. i tried to print screen the player but i failed miserably, he does lack strength but his passing isn't so good either, he's good at ball control, mentally okey aswell and okey pace, the sum is basicly should i put most of the training to focus on an individual section for maximum results i.e. the technical side or/and mental side, the physicall side (aorobics and strength) or just balance it out even though i don't really like balancing everything out because theres no visible improvements untill he gets older..
