Apologies if there is already a thread on this but I couldn't find one.

I am managing Liverpool and have 5 world class youth coaches all with 20 in 'Youth', so how come all my youth players are cack and just get released on a free?

How do you get half decent youngsters coming through?

The staff does not recruit the youngsters. To get good players coming trough the academy, you need to have good facilities, a good recruitment, a good status and of course, be playing in a country that has good players ( England yes, Eritrea no). In this case, you simply have to be patient and remember that its not every year a new hot prospect comes through the ranks, a player that could grab a short in a top notch team.
