My newest series will be with Atlanta United in the MLS. I have been following Atlanta in real life and have been thoroughly impressed with the way they play as well as their incredible fan support! I have always enjoyed an MLS series here on the channel and I'm sure this will be no different. We start with an amazing squad and are expected to essentially win everything from the get go. Massive second episode as it's a 1st vs 1st showdown! We are currently doing really well in the Eastern Conference and find ourselves in first place. In our third episode we take on a very familiar opponent. They are familiar to us as we have done a similar series with them in the past... I'm talking about Orlando City! I took over Orlando when they were first released into Football Manager and had a really enjoyable time at the club. Todays episode is a bittersweet one however I want to beat them of course. Our twelve episode is the quarter finals of the North American Champions League against Monterrey. This is of course the first time the club has ever participated in this competition in the game. The thirteenth episode is a massive one as we are taking on Mexican side Tigres in the North American Champions league Semi-Final! Our fourteenth episode is the big one! We find ourselves in the North American Champions League Final... Facing what seems to be our biggest rival of the series so far in the Los Angeles Galaxy! Can we make history and win our first NACL title? Or will the LA Galaxy get revenge against us for beating them last season in the MLS Cup Final? In our fifteenth episode we go ahead with a more unexpected game in the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup Fourth Round as we take on non-MLS opponent Phoenix Rising! I wanted to do a more low key game as recently we have been focussing massively on the North American Champions League. A little bit of spotlight on a team we probably won't be facing all too often. In episode sixteen it's the leaders of the Eastern Conference versus the leaders of the Western Conference. We are currently sitting pretty in our Eastern Conference but how will we fare up against the Houston Dynamo? Its essentially a top of the table clash as both teams are technically coming first and are representing their respective conference. Pride is at stake in this episode that's for sure. Big news in episode 17... Did we get a tycoon takeover?!? Also we have the unexpected Campeones Cup which is the winners of Liga MX in Mexico versing ourselves as the winners of the MLS. A dual country super cup with added rivalry between Mexico and America is going to be exciting!
