Zonal or Man marking?

I am playing with CSKA, and although the squad now in 2015 is a lot better than it is in the beginning of the game it is still very very far from the quality of Real Madrid, which is my oponent in the 1/4 final in the CL. The first leagues is in Madrid and my experience in the groups of the previous season, and my scouts show me that they like to play 4-2-4. I am going to try an extremely deffensive 4-1-4-1 for this match with only my wingers having an attack duty. My only striker is set as a target man and support. My question is: should I use zonal on man marking in this match?

For your formation use Zonal as your are extreamly defensive, if you were more open I would say man.

Thanks. And one other question.. Should I change the role of the wingers and the striker.. for example change his role to advanced forward, and the wingers to wide midfielders with support duty?

Don't use man.
