try right clicking on the game title in steam library, then properties(bottom) then click on the local files tab the verify integrity of game cache. It should work once this has loaded. I have to do this EVERY time I want to play it!

Is this the worst version ever? Im inclined to think so. Mainly it has to do with all the bugs this game seems to have. I seem to have trouble loading the game and when I do get it working i am unable to use any of the tactics I downloaded from this sight and then there is the gameplay itself...
