worst version of fm ever??

Is this the worst version ever? Im inclined to think so. Mainly it has to do with all the bugs this game seems to have. I seem to have trouble loading the game and when I do get it working i am unable to use any of the tactics I downloaded from this sight and then there is the gameplay itself. The matches seem very odd. Some games i get one or two highlights for the entire match and these are the other side scoring and in others all it shows is my players running in circles around the ball before being tackled and the other team scoring. Now this may just be frustration on my part but how is this enjoyable?

Im sure i will get some flack for posting this but its a real question, do you feel the same? is it just sour grapes from me?
