The best tactic I tried for this years FM. I created a new club and started from Division 6 in England. Now I'm in Sky Bet League One. I won 3 consecutive league titles. All the attackers scores, yet I concede lots of goals, but overall I find this tactic impressive.

I usually have two players for each role. Then if anything happens, I try to rotate other players in the needed position. Sometimes I get a loan 3rd goalkeeper as well (just in case).

I am playing with AcMilan, I am getting to much injuries. To Much. Like, i'm having 8-10 injuries at a time for longer than 3 months each. Is it just the game or it's all about training. Most of them Hamstring problem. Which way is best to train players?
