Hello, I just managed to convience my club to create a B team to be able to keep my 18+ players longer at the club. Do you know if there is a way to enroll the team in a competition? Or is it just supposed to stay like that and play friendlies? Thanks!

Well the problem was mainly the player level ;p And still the 3rd year, 4 of the starting 11 are under 21... so your tactic is really good ;)

Hey! Thank you for this tactic, it's great! I used it for my 2nd season with Anderlecht and won the championship and the cup (loosing all 6 games en Champions League). Then here is a screen shot of the first half of my third season... ;)
