As mentioned above, the club's debt is ridiculous and unless you've sold loads of deadwood players early on, you'll likely recieve nothing in the way of budget.

You could try for Bellanova on loan from Milan, he's young and pretty quick. As for B2B midfielders, Serie B has several that are pretty decent, only problem with that is the price of those players, I would mainly target loans until you're an established team with a decent budget.

I currently use Bortosz Kaputska in my 3 most recent saves (Milan, Dortmund & Ajax/Poland) he works well as a roaming playmaker of a left winger, Linetty is better at the start (after injury) but that's about it, if used right Kaputska gets better (for the styles I use anyway)
