I am managing Norwich and have 1.2m to spend , who should i get to strengthen my team ?

I am currently the manager of Luton Town and in my first season i won promotion to league 2 when i won the blue square prem with 120 points , i had 55k to spend , any suggestions who i could buy / loan / free in league 2 , any suggestions would be much appreciated thanks :)
