i want them to scout for regens but again they cant seem to find any. Even if i put the current and potential to be 1 star

I always give my scouts to look for players. I rarely look for players myself. Even if i ask them to scout England they will come back saying they couldnt find anyone

Playing as ManUtd 4th season. I set up scouting assignments like find players age 21 and below with 3 star potential. Since season 1, my scout have never really find any talent at all. Why this happening ? P.s. There is no other special instruction. Just the age limit.

I have a question. I'm playing as Man Utd and i cancel all the links for the present affiliate clubs. I want to find an affiliate club that can send me great regens from their club and is there any limit to how many affiliate clubs i can get ?

I'm trying to buy a Portugese regen from Sporting CP. His value is 67k but the club wants 61M. I'm playing as Liverpool which i won the league last season. What the **** ? Even from small clubs they want 10M +++ for their regens. And btw how to get quality regens from my youth intake ? I want to...
