Greetings, just wondering if any of you guys choose to manage your reserves/U19 squads. Would managing them cause better development in my youths?

if i didnt do the thing to make the german squad real, if i buy a german player and offer in clauses 46m for 10 international appearances, will it be accepted by the club? will i ever have to pay this amt of money, since the players in the german squad are fake?

so, what do you all do when a player in the opposition team gets a red card? go you make changes to your tactic or use shouts to be more attacking to take advantage of that or do no changes?
