Well, unfortunately there's no way to change language in Russian version of the game. Steam and SI both apologized and told me that there's nothing they can do. So now I have my money back. Also I figured out that it's possible to buy English version here (even if you live in Russia): Football...

There're no other languages in Preferences. Nothin' to choose from)

The question is: Is there any chance I can get English version of FM13 if I live in Russia? Steam automatically downloads Russian version and it seems there's nothing I can do about that.
