Does every team love using the 4-4-1-1 formation against me? 90% of the time higher and smaller rated teams end up using it and it feels stupid because it takes away from the diversity of tactics suited for each team.

I'm guilty of doing it whenever I purchase the game, in order to get a feel of the game and how to win. Then I go on to make a new long-term save.

I download a save about 100 years into the future, the value of players is ridiculous. I understand it's inflation, but your transfer budget doesn't reflect that inflation.

I had a similar issue too, except my academy constantly churned up 4-5* strikers, and below average midfielders and defenders. It was very frustrating to try and build a team using youth players only if you're constantly producing strikers.
