Depends on the players aswell like, if you have players with poor tackling, which may seem really obvious, that could be it. failing that try what Irish Scouse said, i done that myself and it worked a treat.

That's a good idea then, it depends on the player though, there's some players who just don't want to be loaned etc. But that is another thing you can do. I am taking note of all the different tips to make a quick guide to satisfying your squad. Keep em coming...

I started as Newcastle, being the team i support, also because i thought it would be a doddle. It was everything but.... Started off with losing a lot of games, like 7 games with 8 draws and a couple of wins in there aswell, to keep the job safe enough to stay manager. All my players hated me...
