I seem to have a real issue with sending off's in my newcastle team, they cannot resist the urge of nailing the some other guy on the pitch! Regular offenders : Collocini, Steven Taylor, Smith and Barton (not suprised there) and its starting to become very, very difficult to get consistancy...

So, i have come up with a theory for why the lack of harmony problem can improve. The obvious thing is, you have to be winning games, nobody likes to lose, this ultimately can cause the team to be upset/angry with you and each other. I think that when players that feel they deserve to play...
