Thanks. I think there's a sort of stripe motif midway down the blue shirt though. Its hard to see in the pictures but they're at an angle and are in the lighter blue colour. If you look at this picture here zoomed in here you can see the diagonal stripes.

Like @Bigpapa42 says counters are launched automatically. When this happens all of your instructions are void. Your Mentality, Shape etc are for the rest of the match when you're not countering, which is most of the time. That's not to say that you can't help your chances of achieving a counter...

In a word no. I usually make do with formation, mentality, player roles and duties and that's it. If I have a very specific style in mind (and I mean very specific) then I might add a couple of TIs just get them doing what I want rather than having a broader playing style. I rarely, if ever...
