Im gonna say Song. Ayew has amazing physical attributes but his PA is only around high 160's I think, and he's more of a box to box/playmaker. Everytime I play song as a DPL/BWM I win against whoever i'm playing, he's beast.

Is there any sort of application (like FMscout), or method of calculating a player's top running speed in either km/h or mph? It would be awesome seeing how fast my players actually run but I doubt its possible

Sell Santos & Gibbs. Maybe Mertesacker too as he's slow as ****. You could get Vrsaljko and train him to play on the left so that he can be backup to Sagna & Cissokho. Stephane Mbia is a good centerback at his peak. If you wanna gamble you could get Hamsik for around 35m. Great allround...
