Player running speed

Is there any sort of application (like FMscout), or method of calculating a player's top running speed in either km/h or mph? It would be awesome seeing how fast my players actually run but I doubt its possible

I don't think so. ME can't calculate what's your player's running speed. and i'm not sure an application can do it :/
