nope. i just think thats how its setup.So basically what im saying is that setting usa's youth rating to 200 is basically making brazil canada and mexico stronger. Just like it doesnt seem that mls teams sign players from there academy.

So im trying to make a fun save were i set the USA's youth rating to 200 and set every team/academy's facilities/coaching& recruitment in usa to 20. But when i start the game all of the good( 160-200 PA) regens are from canada(who youth rating isnt very impressive) and the rest of the good ones...

every team in mls has an academy team. It should be in your affiliated clubs. orlando city's is OCSC academy i think.
