I am having trouble deciding a team to be if you have an idea please post who they are what league they are in and the money i would have for transfers(H)

I am manging bristol city in the championship and am wondering if there is any way i could up the wage budget without lowering the money i have to spend. If not are there any low waged good signings i can look into thanks Not to old players by the way
