I just noticed that in some jobs they expect you to play a certain way (I'm Swansea and it says must play possession football) I just wondered are there any repercussions if you don't play this way.

Im looking for a Deep Lying Forward at the start of the 2nd season for ac. ive currently got Cassano or Pato Playing in that role along side ibra but just wonderin who else people reccomend.

Guillit i would say would have been a trequartista. maybe with van basten as the advanced forward.
