So are the inverted wingbacks supposed to be like the wingers, i.e. LB right-footed and RB left-footed?

I started a game with the south korean league and there are hardly any players. I can't find a discussion on it anywhere. Is this how it's supposed to be or a glitch? Does something need 'unlocking' like the real player names?

But these player refuse all the tutors I offer them. I drive me mad, because I spent a load of money on them but they won't get to the top level without better professionalism

So there's no way round it?
