Im currently with Lille in my second season, last season I won the french cup and was runners up in the Euro Cup. At the moment I'm first in the league but in the summer and winter transfer windows when I go for british players, none of them want to come. How can I change this?

My Attacking Left Midfielder at the moment is Joe Cole or Milan Jovanivic. They're both playing absolutely ****, can anyone recommend a cheap but quality player for that position. Or just tell me what I should be doing to Cole. Cheers Bob
